MacBook Pro and MacBook Air need a really long time to show the login screen when I open the lid

So my MacBook Pro 2019 and my MacBook Air 2020 both have a annoying bug. If I close them and use them later again, they need up to 10 seconds for the screen to wake up the MacBook. Already did a NVRAM reset, a complete reinstall helps for a couple of hours but the bug is still happening :(

OS is the latest macOS Big Sur
