Macbook pro application that opens all windows?

Hey guys

This may be silly or weird but I saw one of my colleges using MBP opening maybe 20 or 30 windows by one click and they were all over the place sticky notes,web pages , applications and other stuff . Of course i dont mean the usual shortcut F3 nope!
It was different than the F3 which is organized but his were scattered all over the place .
I dont really know if its an application or a shortcut but I really liked it since I am new to MBP has anyone seen that r has it?
