Macbook Pro as a second monitor?

I have a mac pro and a macbook pro with logic 9 installed on both, my question is can i use the macbook as a second monitor so i can use the mac pro for the editing screen and the macbook as the mixer with logic

Does anyone know if there is a way to go the opposite direction? I have my work laptop, which doesn't have a very good screen. I would like to use my MacBook Pro as a secondary display for the HP Laptop I use all day for work, right next to it.

Is there a solution similar to ScreenRecycler for Windows that will allow me to use a MacBook Pro?
