Macbook Pro: Battery drains quickly from 100% to 30% and then stays parked on 30%

my battery has 64 cycles of use and the battery has been acting up since yesterday. Power runs down realy quickly, fans spin @ 6000 rpm and once it reaches 30% the fans go silent, and the power slowly drops....whats the deal with :(



edit: forgot to mention macbook pro 2.4 15" 160gb 4gb of ram
