macbook pro battery health issue

I have a mid2012 macbook pro 15" which battery health keeps changing randomly: 33%, 37%, 75%, 85%, 82%, back to 37%.
I have reseted the PRAM and the SMC many times but the issue is still there.
I started having this issue when I downgraded from Yosemite to Mavericks. so, i thought that Mavericks is the problem then I reverted back to Yosemite but the battery is still behaving weird.
I hope someone can help me fix it. Thx in advance

The battery is a bit on the young side to be flaking out, but it can happen. I'd get it diagnosed at an Apple store.

Thank you for your reply. I used coconut battery to check the battery is from 2012. I am in Africa, so no apple store for me here. I am just trying to figure out what is wrong.
