I love my 2019 15" MacBook Pro. I am running macOS Big Sur, but the most recent update made it slow.

What should I do?

Strange. I have a '19 MBP "13 and haven't felt any difference. It also depends on what you are using. I use my comp mostly for browsing tho.

Ok, then I'm not really sure what happened :/

It's not a big deal. It's perfectly usable and working just fine, so I guess that's good enough

Maybe the next update will be good

So, I feel very not-so-smart but I just restarted my MacBook Pro after probably many days and it's working just fine. It is fast again. My bad.

Note: The issues I was facing after the update was an overall slowness and occasional stutter in the animations/graphics. But now after a re-start it's gone. I should also note it wasn't just a re-start. It was a turn off, let it rest for a minute, then start again.
