Hi guys,
Is there anybody to give a brilliant advise about an old MacBook Pro late 2007?
By brilliant i mean not an advise like by a new one ;) i know some guys are good at that.

MacBook Pro (15 pouces, 2,4 2,2 GHz)
2,2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4 Go 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT 128 Mo

It has El Capitan installed. I get the boot sound and soon after the keyboard light on.
But the screen nothing.
It Doesn't want to go to recovery at all, nothing, niet, nada, rien, quetchy

I even have El Capitan installed on a USB key.

So, thanks:D

Have you tried to hook it up to an external display? Also, shine a light either on the screen directly or through the Apple logo on the back and see if you can see anything on the display. The 2007 MacBook Pro's had an issue with the backlight not working.

Thanks for the answer guys.
YEAH i tried that external display connection. By connecting it then press F7 (double screen/or projection sign) and it should show up on that screen right? already done, nothing. Then shining a light on the back screen logo what it shows is only the apple logo in the front, that's it!

Anything else?

It sounds like you might have a bad logic board then.

If external displays, different displays don't work, than in my professional opinion the video card is fubar.

The entire mother board, aka.. logic board, would have to be replaced.

had this type of issue now and again on my late2011MBP.. this helped to fix it..

Hold down all of these keys: Command, Option (Alt), P and R, and turn on the Mac (it's the same keys to reset the PRAM). Keep holding the keys down until you hear the Mac restart again.

Dude i tried all possible combinaison to go to recovery, NVRAM, PRAM/SMC reset, Safe mode, booting on CD, USB and all damned... ù& "ààç')ç(ry@@", before posting.
Thanks anyway.
