MacBook Pro / bootcamp / Windows 7 x64 won't connect to Apple Cinema Display

Hello!

I'm running my old MacBook Pro (2009, OS up to date) with bootcamp (Windows 7 x64) and I can't for the life of me get Windows to detect my Apple Cinema Display 23". I've tried installing, uninstalling, reinstalling the drivers, detecting displays (obviously), plugged and unplugged, and have had no success. It might be that it's simply too old, but it works beautifully on my Mac side.

Any suggestions would be gladly appreciated!

How are you connecting it?

Through the Mini Display Port converter, attached to the original DVI cord. Again, it works with the Mac side with no issue.
