So, I went to turn on my macbook pro this morning and it went into this blue screen and staid there. I called Applecare and they said do a clean install but the computer keeps on restarting before i can install leopard. The guy said this was because i downloaded geektool. Is he right. Can I bring it to a Apple store to get it fixed / get a new one?

can u boot in safe mode

Yes. Hold down the Shift key while turning the computer on. After you see the loading circle flash you can let go of the shift key. Safe Mode will take longer to boot so just let it go.
