Macbook Pro: Buy now or wait?

I'm thrilled to see a spec bump and the Buyer's Guide giving the Macbook Pro a green light because I want one; I've been waiting for this! But people are already anticipating Spring '12 "Ivy Bridge" overhaul.

I don't have an Apple laptop yet. I can't imagine a redesign of the current model being any better aesthetically (actually, I take that back: getting rid of the optical drive and making it lighter would be cool - but no, I don't want the Air.)

Anyone else in here feeling indecisive? I just really want one now.

It was literally just updated today. There's not a more definitive time frame for an update, so if you have a need for a computer now, there's no reason to wait.

Just buy it. If you keep waiting for the new one...you'll be waiting forever.
