I know there is going to be this question floating around. I don't want to sound too insecure about my recent MBP purchase, but it was my first Mac purchase. I was a bad experience. Very bad. I had problems that lasted for a month and a half. Eventually Apple provided free memory and HDD upgrades to the max at the time (3gb and 200gb). I received the MBP a week and a half ago along with some other Apple goodies. Is it really worth selling to upgrade to the recent revision of the MBP? Will I expect any build improvements or drastic performance increases over the older C2D models or would it be throwing away my money? I also have Final Cut Studio 2 which I run from time to time. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

It might be worth it if you are into gaming. As the new video card is much faster and is DirectX 10 compliant if you want Vista and DX10 gaming.
