MacBook Pro Buying Advice

I'm looking to purchase a MacBook Pro with Retina Display but wanted to see what you guys think would be best. What are the main differences between this model http://www.bestbuy.com/site/macbook...09068&st=macbook pro retina display&cp=1&lp=1 and the new base 15' model? Trying to see which would be a better buy if the differences aren't substantial. Any advice would be much appreciated!

differences:
- haswell chip --> sightly longer battery life
- iris pro graphics
- pcie flash ssd

depends on what u wanna use it for!?
