Hi,

I'm a UK customer hoping to buy a MBP - 15", 2.66 GHz with the back to school deal. I'd like to order it on the 15th of June (ish).
Do you think that after the WWDC Apple will bump up the spec or reduce the price? Have they done this before with WWDC?

Cheers

WWDC is only a week away. Why not wait and see?

After that, the other times when Apple likes to bump their systems are during the back to school session, after the new year, or whenever Intel pushes out a new chip / architecture. Intel's next major redesign, codenamed Arrandale, will be up for production in early 2010.

I think it is worth waiting to see. It is rare for Apple to actually drop their prices. But they do have special deals like the back-to-school deal. If there is any upgrade it will probably just be a little speed bump to the processor.

I doubt very much that apple will update its computer line, more specifically the MB[P]s but given that's next week, wait and see.
