Macbook pro cannot read second internal hard drive

Hi,

I just installed a second hard drive in place of the optical drive in my macbook pro mid 2010 but I have no knowledge about how to set up the hard drive. It said that my macbook could not read the new hard drive. In disk utility, the name of the hard drive is : WDC WD10JPVT-60A1YT0 Media.
I attached a print screen of the disk utility.

can anyone help me solve this problem?
