This is kind of curious, a coworker brought this up to me.
--First some background
we have 2 airport extremes, one is used for our lab, 32 iMacs, and my MacBook Pro, and the other for the studio, which has another 4 Imacs on it.(and some phones)
When on the airport extreme, I can see every single iMac, and computer hooked wirelessly and ethernet'd to the A-P-E.
Same for him, he is hooked ethernet style to the other APE, and can see the 4 iMacs, and that's cool.
What neither of us can see is the network behind it, we have about 8 PC's plugged straight into the wall, and 2 more printers. He would like to be able to print through the APE, but we can't see past them, only what is on that network.
He can see and print when he is plugged straight into the wall though, along with all the other PC's.
Long story short, and the main question, can you print to a network printer, while wirelessly, or ethernet, going through a Airport Extreme, if the printer is not on that network??
