I've had my MacBook Pro 13" for about six months, and have just started noticing a clicking noise coming from the case.
Basically, whenever I put any pressure on the left hand side of the body (either by typing or pressing the plamrests) the MacBook makes a small click or 'pop' noise. It's not loud, but it does it every time that I do anything and it is infuriating.
It's definietly a structural thing rather than being to do with any of the internal components.
Also, the lid is slightly warped and does not sit flush with the main body on the right hand side. It's been like this since day one, but it took me a while to notice it (and by then I wasn't that bothered about it), but maybe it is contributing in some way?
I think it's highly unlikely that Apple will fix this, but has anybody got any suggestions as to what it might be/how it could be tweaked?
