Hi guys, I bought a 13" MacBook Pro (A1708 EMC 3164) and bought an IBlason Halo Case for it. The problem I'm having is that the case on the top is weighing down the screen and if I walk with it it makes it close. I've read that the screens are perfectly weighted so that they stay open or closed depending on use but with this case I'm worried about damaging the Mac, especially the hinges.

I like the thought of having a hardshell case on the Mac because I will be taking it everywhere with me and often leave cables etc on top of the Mac, and basically don't want to be too precious with it.

I'm looking for advice on how to have a case on the Mac that doesn't weigh down the screen. Does this mean I have to use a skin or is there a thin lightweight hardshell case that does the trick?

Any advice would be amazing! Thanks!
