Hey guys,

I just bought a bad MacBook in order to fix it. The seller told me that it won't turn on and that it won't charge either. I have fixed these issues before, a couple of times by changing the DC-in cable. But unfortunate that is not working this time.

So.. The battery indicator on the side is not reacting, i tried with a different battery, still no life. Not on the indicator either. So it is not the battery. My question is if there is any other things i should try to do, before i declare it a bad logic board? Perhaps some ways to test the powerflow in the motherboard? Of course i also tried SMC reset - no reaction at all. The Mac is totally dead. Worth noticing is the magsafe, it lights a really dim green light, but sometimes ind starts blinking between a dim orange and a dim green, is this a way of telling me something?

Any tips and tricks?

Edit: When the battery is unplugged and the magsafe is connected, the magsafe flashes dim green and dim orange. But when the battery is plugged in and the magsafe is too, then the magsafe is just dim green.
