Macbook Pro cleaning cloth

I have a MBP 2011 15" and it came with a cleaning cloth. I'm just curious to know if this is machine washable? Can I put it in the laundry with my clothes?

It's microfiber and machine washable. Just don't use fabric softener with it.

Glasses cloths from opticians works well for replacements

Some Laundry soap has fabric softener mixed in (I think so anyway). Does that mean I should not use that too?

Microfiber dislikes fabric softener for some reason(I once knew why, but I forgot), so I'd suggest against it.

No I can't recommend a brand. Although, I would say stay away from any moisturizing soap. You don't want the added lotion possibly coming in contact with your screen. I have a heck of a time cleaning my camera lenses and filters after I accidently touch them with my fingers after I have applied stuff to my hands (sunscreen, lotion, etc).

Mines still in the packing, it so nice I don't want to open it haha
I use one of those lint-free cloths which came with my old glasses instead
