MacBook Pro Crashed Fixed Now, How to Sync iPhone?

My MacBook Pro crashed but I just fixed it. I want to sync my iPhone now but I don't want to lose all my music/apps on the iPhone obviously. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

if you haven't already, authorize this computer.

plug your iPhone in. Let iTunes launch.

right click on the iPhone icon on the left hand sidebar in iTunes, select Transfer Purchases.
