I have run into issues recently when I compress a file (or files) on my macbook pro (that has Paragon installed) and bring the zip file over to a Windows VM and unzip it the files show up in explorer as being encrypted. I have several other co-workers with Mac's that don't have this issue. Is there some setting that controls how compress functions or treats the individual files?
