Hello! I have a MBP 15 (late 2013) with integrated graphics - Intel Iris pro and faced such a problem (see video): in any app when the cursor switches form system into an app appearance (for example from brush into a system arrow in Photoshop) I see strange bands across the display. This lag do not appear on Mavericks OS, but in all future versions of the Mac OS system (now I have 10.13). I tried to reset SMC and VRAM - it didn’t help.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

What version of Photoshop are you using, and what other apps does this occur in?

Now I use photoshop CC 2018, I also tried to install photoshop CC 2015 - it didn't
help - the lag still was there.

Speaking about affected apps - it can be any app where the cursor switches form a system into an app appearance (Photos app - in photo addicting mode, Pixelmator pro (it is worth to say that regular Pixelmator app (3.7) do not affected)).
