I am conflicted as whether to buy this model because of cheap price and processor, or not to because of graphics:

Macbook Pro Retina 13" 2013
Intel Core i7 3.0GHz
8GB DDR3
Intel Graphics HD 4000 1GB
Selling for $1,180

Also worth mentioning that the seller (hippo2457 on Ebay who has many other Macbooks with software also) includes a lot of free software with their Macbooks (Final Cut, Adobe CS6, etc.) so this would already be great value as opposed to other sellers. I just need to know if the Intel 4000 Graphics will suck or not for video editing, light gaming, schoolwork, photo editing

Unless you need this model for a specific purpose (DVD drive and ethernet port etc), I would advice you to stay away from it and go for a macbook pro with retina instead. You will get a good discount on the late 2013 model and mid 2014 models .

I said this was the retina 2013 model

2013 and 2014 have same graphics card (Intel Iris). The HD 4000 is in the 2012 Retina model. That is definitive not a 2013 model you posted.

There were two models released in the same year. The early one had Intel 4000 and the late 2013 had Iris. That is why I confirmed with the seller and had screenshots sent. I need to know the difference between 4000 and Iris

He's bundling a lot of PIRATED SOFTWARE, so the value is negligible.

It's overpriced for such a model anyway, the seller is padding the sale with pirated software to think you're getting a good deal.

I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Intel 4000 is *OLD* and not up to any sort of gaming.

The seller has licenses available to download to computers and has recieved almost 100% from more than 500 sales. The software price is not included in the listing price and is a bonus, and many listings, like this one, are less than any other deal and can inckude better warranties also. I am askinf about the graphics cards only

Long story short, the HD4000 will suck big time compared to the Iris 5100. It also seems overpriced IMO, because:
1. The software bundled is worth nothing
2. The GPUS is far below that of the 5100.

I second him.. You better forget about this offer or accept it if he is willing to give further 300 dollar discount.. Else go for a 2014 model which is available in similar price range at discount these days

Dude just get it from here. Brand new 2014 model with free Parallels at $1250. And you don't get charged tax in some states. They are a legit seller with a physical store in NYC and are an authorized Apple reseller. Buy it quick, the sale ends today.
