Hiya,

Played around with the display settings and can now not get them back to the way they were!

Anyone who can enlighten me on how to reset the default display settings?

Now it is getting embarrassing......I don't know.

The effect is this that the colours are "out" i.e. to strong and the images are coming up with very un-natural skin colours and they are a bit on the fuzzy side....I suspect I have somehow changed the colour calibration. As the Mac has a far greater ability to 'play' with the colour settings, I am now unable to get it back.

The problem was that I was trying some recommended shortcut keys from the Mac Support site, but can't remember which once I used.

The screen resolution I am currently using is 1440x900.

Sorry I'm not very precise, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I wish. I am still to set it up. Have an external backup drive but it is hooked up to our dying DELL and i have yet to clean it out and put it to rest.....
