Hello,
I was casually reading engadget and this article popped up:
http://www.engadget.com/2010/01/10/toshiba-introduces-displaylink-enabled-dynadock-v10-usb-port-rep/
(A usb connected dock for computers that is capable of outputting 1920x1080 via dvi... amongst other things)
Which got me pondering, does such a solution exist for hdmi output:
That is connect 1 usb cable to your mac then be able to happily output to a TV via HDMI whilst connecting other USB peripherals for your computer to read/write to (e.g. external hard drive)
I've seen the mini-display port + usb sound to HDMI adapter - but was curious as to whether the USB docking station I described existed... and if it works with a MacBook Pro.
Cheers!
