MacBook Pro doesn't like FastMac CD

While going through my stash of install CD's looking for a Nikon CD-ROM, I found a FastMac CD. When I insert it into the drive, it makes a few clicking noises and spits it right back out without reading it. Other CD's I have work just fine on the drive. The envelope that the CD is stored in says "Blank CDR USA." You guys have any ideas?

Its probably a bad CD, if all other CDs work and that doesn't then its either defective or blank.
