Macbook pro early 2008 Replacement?

Hi, i have 2 problems..

1. The keyboard and trackpad randomly stop working and i have to reset the macbook and take out the battery and push on a wire behind it and plug it back in and turn it back on

2. Snow leopard randomly stops working and trys to always repair itself but fails...(Catalog B)

So i was wondering do you think im okay for a macbook pro replacement?
