Hello. I have the macbook pro 2011 17" with an ssd in the sata 3, which gives me read speed 490 and write speed 440 with blackmagic speed test. My optical bay has link speed 3 gigabit, so it is sata 2. I would like to ask, If I purchase an ssd 3 and install it in the optical bay, what speed I will have? Thanks

You'll get SATA 2 speeds, because the optical bay's SATA cable is only rated for SATA 2 speeds.
