Macbook Pro (early 2011) - Upgrade past 10.12.6?

Hi All!
I hope you can help? Does anyone know if it is possible to install an OS later than 10.12.6 on a MacBook Pro (Early 2011) please?
There is nothing avaiable via the App Store unfortunately.
I've just added a new SSD and upgraded to 16GB RAM and wated to get the latest possible OS on their too.
Any help would be appreciated.
I'm a bit of a Mac newbie so be gentle
