Macbook Pro EFI firmware update?

Anyone have problems installing the Macbook Pro EFI firmware update? It's version 2.3. I have tried twice to install this. When my MBP goes to restart, the screen just keeps flashing on and off. I am running Lion and my MBP is a 2011 model. Thanks for the info

No problem here. Installed last week with no problems.

I've only heard of people having trouble when they try to update without the computer being plugged in.
