MacBook Pro Exchange

My girlfriend just bought me a MacBook Pro from the online store. It's an entry level core i5.

If i do not open it can take it to my local apple store and exchange it for a core i7 and pay the difference or will I need to ship it back ?

You have to contact the online store i.e. ship it.

Anyway, IMO 2.4GHz i5 is better bang for your buck than the i7 as difference ain't huge

I'm with Hellhammer. Hang on to your MBP. You'll only fry your lap with that i7.
