Have a MacBook Pro 2016 model and an HP Pavillion xi 27 monitor that I've been using for a while now (with my previous MacBook as well).

Looking for an upgrade, mostly for school work and a side hustle online I do. Anyone have recommendations? As far as Budget I'm looking for under $350, does not have to be all clear or highest resolution, just basic stuff and a good quality.

Thanks!

Your monitor only has 1920x1080 resolution. Any higher resolution is an upgrade. Try a 2560x1440 or even quad HD (4K) panel and read reviews.

The Dell UltraSharp U2715H seems to be a nice device, but probably a little too expensive. But especially monitors are something to spend a little more money on since you use it for a long period of time.

The ASUS Designo MX27AQ 27" is a nice one as well.

For 4K you can choose the LG Electronics 27UD69P-W which is brand new.
