Macbook Pro Fan Speed

Hi, I recently downloaded the fan speed app which allows you to control fan speed. I just uninstalled it and the fan speed seems to be higher than before. The Temperature is around 110 F and 3000 rpm. Is this normal?

Reinstall the app and uninstall it as per the instructions on their website, there is a special way to remove it though I can't recall how just now.

Why did you remove it? I've been using it for 2 years with good results here.

Ok, thanks. I uninstalled it because i didn't like the idea of controlling the fan myself, i wanted the computer to do that itself.
