MacBook Pro Font Size (Mouse)

I tried looking around to no avail, but every once in awhile on my macbook pro I will do something with the mouse on accident (usually three fingers) that resizes the text on websites. Is there a way someone could tell me how to do this, or better yet, how to turn this off? It gets annoying when I do it on accident

Have you maybe pinched in or out?

You can use CMD++ or CMD+- to zoom in and out of websites.

Additionally, CMD+0 returns the website's font to it's default size.
