Macbook Pro frame, lower right NOT same level as the lower left

I just brought a Macbook Pro a couple of days ago and I noticed something. The right lower (the end where the trackpad is) rubber bumper does not touch the desk while the lower left rubber bumper does.

It looks like in the middle is where the "weight" is. Is this normal? Is it a defect?
