MacBook Pro freezes

My new 13 inch MacBook Pro keeps on freezing. I'm only on iTunes and FireFox. Anybody else have these problem?. Any suggestions on how to fix this, should I try to get a new one from the Apple Store

is the freeze temp or do you have to do a restart? either way though return, its new and its not working
