I have a 3 month old macbook pro 13 inch 2011. It occasionally freezes (maybe average once every 2-3 days, sometimes twice in one day). Anyone see crashes like the image below? It doesnt freeze with only load, it freezes mostly while its doing nothing. Image shows external monitor but freezes just the same with the LCD only. Just a note I upgraded the ram to 8 gigs (ADATA apple certified) and the hard drive to a seagate momentus XT drive. I ran memtest86+ overnight and the extended apple diagnostics and nothing reported an error.

Should I take it in?

Replace the RAM and HDD back to stock and see if the problem reappears.

If the freezing come back I'd blame the XT. Many experience compatibility issues with MBP. Updating the firmware to SD25 might help.

Still no freezing returned, and I already have the SD25 installed, the drive works amazingly its very fast.
