I know the standard Macbook Pro 15", top of the line comes with 2.66GHz, if I call into apple and order through phone or order it online, will it give me the option to increase that for a certain amount of money? I really don't know..appreciate the responses!

Sorry, but the 2.66 i7 is the fastest you can get. However trust me, it will do more than you ever will need.
Edit~~ actually I think they are putting in 980x i7 6 core's for just a little more, be sure to ask
