MacBook Pro got problems after patched 2.0 update

I have a MacBook Pro 15 2.6 Unibody
After patched 2.0 Update, my MacBook Pro got few problems:

  1. The monitor blink 0.5 seconds and turn of again when wake, I need to press power button to reboot
  2. Some application, and OS X always ask me to input keychain password
  3. TRIM cannot enable again

Now restored to older time by TM
