I don't believe one that is slim enough exists yet.

The 1TB Samsung Spinpoint M8 is pretty decent. It's only 5400 RPM though.

750GB is the biggest capacity 2.5" 7200RPM HDD you can buy. Seagate, Hitachi and Western Digital make a few models.

Bummer. That's what I figured. I was hoping that, in the midst of the potential 13" rMBP launch and/or iMac launch, Apple might issue a bump to their CTO hard drive capacities, but if the drives aren't even out on the market yet, then that's probably not going to happen as Apple's 2.5" drive offerings are usually in line with what's otherwise publicly available.

WD Scorpio Blue 1TB is nearly as fast as the 7200RPM 750GB WD Scorpio Black. The platter density helps offset performance. If you really need the performance and capacity OWC has a 1TB SSD.
