Macbook pro Hard drive warrenty

I got my mac on June-2011. now, my disk is gone with some unknown issues due to Mountain Lion upgrade. Will apple replace my hard drive without any charge ? i mean how long is the warrenty.

Apple has a 1 year warranty. Call Applecare or take it into a service center and ask if they can help you out.
