I am planning to upgrade my MacBook Pro's Hard drive (MBP 2.33Ghz generation) to a Western Digital 500GB Scorpio Blue Hard drive. Before I upgrade my hard drive, how do I format my new Hard drive and create a partition for Bootcamp before I restore my Mac backup image? Also, what is the correct way to restore my Mac once I upgrade my hard drive? Can I use my Time Machine backup or should I use SuperDuper to create a image onto my external Hard Drive in order to use it for my restore image?

Let me know; any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I think the Bootcamp Assistant gives you all the tools you need to partition. I like SuperDuper but never tried Time Machine.

Open Boot Camp Assistant located in Applications > Utilities and print out the Installation pdf. Should give all the answers you need. Your Mac OS X Install disc has the necessary Windows drivers for Bootcamp.
