I haven't been able to find anything regarding this issue other than for people using external monitors, but sometimes my own monitor on my Macbook Pro (2011 Sandy Bridge - 15") will give me this error. I am not sure why this would happen considering that even the integrated graphics should support HDCP. Could there possibly be something wrong with the graphics chip?
