I couldn't find a thread on this here so I thought I'd start one as I know alot of us have changed HDs, or are thinking about it.
Im personally thinking of buying a 320Gb 7200RPM to put in my eSATA caddy and then wack the 7K200 I have in as my internal. You might think this is strange, but its my photo library that is edging onto 200Gb and I keep that on the external thats where the 320Gb goes
Anyway to the two tests i've done!
Internal HD
External eSATA HD
Now if people could send me all the upcoming 500Gb 5400RPMs and the 320Gb 7200RPMs I'll happily test them all and send em back *promise*
Need MacDrive and HDTach to test Mac formatted HDs in windows!!
Lets see what everyone else gets!
