Hello All,

I backup my iMac and MBP using Time Machine. However, I have been recently concerned about data safety in the following sense: If someone else had access to my Time Machine backup files, does that mean they can restore their data on to their computer right? I think I am right, can someone please confirm?

Thanks.

Yes if they have your password. You can encrypt your time machine disk
