I tried:
SMC Reset
Apple Hardware Test: No error code.

I only have a FEW things on start-up:
iStat Menus
Outlook
Cinch
QuickSilver
CalendarBar

My MBP is 2010, 15", i7 2.66Ghz, hi-res.

Man... this is def. not normal, can anyone help me with this?

Have a look at Activity Monitor (Applications / Utilities /) and select All Processes and sort by CPU to see what the culprit may be.

I did it, I see dock always at 100%... and I didn't even modify it or anything! I reformatted a day ago! ._.\

I can keep closing it and when it restarts, back to 100% again!

Googled around and found the answer! https://discussions.apple.com/message/15508906

Sorry for the hassle! Thanks for the help!

glad it helped.
if you're running parallels, there's also and update you should download (from within parallels) to permanently fix this problem.
