macbook pro issue help please

hello there anyone,

since a while i have this little issue on my macbook pro

clicking in safari on links, just doesnt work, i click it and nothing starts to load

have this problem with finder and other appz too

i tried to use a usb mouse to see if the button on my macbook pro was borked

same results

a few time i click on things and it just doesnt want to click

any sugestions?
