Hi guys,

Just recently my macbook has started to crash when I go to the junk mail section in Hotmail. I use Google Chrome. This has happened only once whilst I was doing something other than trying to access Hotmail Junk Mail. I thought it might be an issue with software so I reformated and started fresh. It still is crashing sadly.

The 'crash' looks something like this.

I click on Junk Mail at the hotmail site. It starts to load and then the screen goes black, the keyboard becomes unresponsive and there is no sound. The only way I can get my macbook to respond again is to hold down the power button and restart the mac.

When it starts up again I get this error message:
