MacBook Pro - Keyboard and trackpad replacement

Hi,
I need to take my macbook pro (13" 2011) to have the keyboard and trackpad replaced since they have become unresponsive.

Does anyone know if Apple replace the whole topcase or do they replace the keyboard and trackpad individually? My friend had a keyboard issue and they replaced the top case.
