Macbook Pro late 2011 always restarting or blackscreen

Hi,
i've a Macbook Pro Late 2011.
It's randomly restarting and sometimes it stays on black screen.
I've attached an log.
Does anyone know what could be?

I’m assuming it’s a 15 or 17 inch machine as it seems your graphics card has died in a known problem (for that machine) that had a free fix from Apple until the beginning of this year. (Google” radeongate “for details)

It’s not economically viable to fix anymore to be honest (especially as the fix just goes again a few months down the line) so i’d Be looking for new laptop if I were you.
